Unfortunately, the truth is I went overseas for eight months and indulged WAY too much on the delicious wine and chocolate!! Now I'm here to drop the weight and get leaner than ever before.
HEIGHT: 177cm (5' 10")
HW: 76.6 kg (168 pounds) - 28.7 % body fat
CW: 66.3 kg (146 pounds) - 17.3 % body fat
GW: 60 kg (132 pounds) - 12 -13 % body fat

See this girl? She wakes up every morning, opens her eyes, goes to the mirror and smiles at what she sees. She does her makeup, gets dressed, and knows she looks like a model. She walks downstairs, grabs a cup of tea for breakfast and an apple for lunch. She goes to school, does perfect on her exams, while all the boys flirt with her and all the girls are jealous of her. She eats her apple at lunch, comes home, and exercises her butt off. She keeps her room clean and tidy and when her parents call her down for dinner, she eats a healthy salad.
See this girl? This is you. Stay strong. You’re going to be fantastic.

What the fuck is this? ^
I’m so sick of seeing all of these pseudo-motivational ‘thinspo’ posts on Tumblr. You don’t have to have a cup of tea for breakfast to lose weight. You don’t have to have an apple for lunch to lose weight. And as for the ‘perfect grades and a tidy room’ platitude, how are they even remotely related to weight loss? Some people seriously live in the ‘fantasy’ of thin.
Sorry to break it to you girls, but if you we’re shit at school before you started losing weight, you’re probably going to be shit after, as well. Get real! She’s gorgeous, but she’s not you - so stop trying to live vicariously through this fantasy of who you ostensibly will be once you lose the weight, and work on building some self-esteem.
Eat clean, train mean. It will get you the results you want regarding weight-loss. All of the other stuff? Not so much :-)
